Chuan Li, Ph.D., Researcher, IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member. Provincial Distinguished Professor, Recipient of Provincial Outstanding Young Scientist Fund, Dongguan City Distinguished Talent. Director of the Specialized Committee on Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) of China Association of Technical and Vocational Education, Standing Director of the Rotor Dynamics Branch of Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering, Chair of the IEEE Reliability Society Chapter. He received his Ph.D. from Chongqing University, completed his postdoctoral research at the University of Ottawa (Canada), served as a Research Professor at Korea University (South Korea), a Senior Research Associate at City University of Hong Kong (China), and a Prometheus Scholar in Ecuador.

Since 2016, he has successively held positions including Leading Talent, Distinguished Talent, and Leading Talent in the Mechanical Engineering discipline at Dongguan University of Technology, Leader of Guangdong Provincial Advantageous and Key Discipline, Leader of the Innovation Team for Prognostics and Health Management of Intelligent Manufacturing in Guangdong Universities, and Director of Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Health Monitoring and Maintenance of Intelligent Manufacturing Systems. He is listed among the Top 2% of World's Scientists. He has served multiple times as General Chair, Co-Chair, Steering Committee Chair, Program Chair, and Keynote Speaker for international academic conferences.
