The Master of Communication Engineering (Code: 085402) at Dongguan University of Technology is a full-time professional master's program with a two-year duration. Drawing on the National First-Class Undergraduate Program and the Master's Program in Electronic Information, the program caters to the needs of the electronic information industrial cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, focusing on cutting-edge fields such as 5G/6G, integrated space-air-ground-sea networks, artificial intelligence and big data, and radio frequency (RF) antennas, to cultivate innovative and application-oriented high-level talents.

2. Training Objectives

Closely aligned with national strategies and the industrial demands of the Greater Bay Area, the program, develops three core directions: aerospace information technology, intelligent data networks, and next-generation RF antennas. Students are required to master core knowledge including communication theory, RF technology, signal processing, digital image processing and artificial intelligence, and develop capabilities in communication system design, network optimization, machine vision, intelligent data processing, as well as technical research and engineering management.
